Our Company Debuts at BIOT 2025 to Unlock Safety & Protection Ecosystem

As the largest and most time-honored labor protection event in Eastern Europe, this year’s exhibition drew over 460 enterprises from 14 countries. It also attracted more than 25,000 professional visitors. Today, it stands as a core window to understand labor protection market trends in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
Our company joined the exhibition with a full range of innovative labor protection products. We leveraged the strong strength of “Made in China” to launch a new campaign for brand globalization in this multi-billion-dollar blue ocean market.

I. Exhibition Empowerment: Seizing the Golden Opportunity in the Eastern European Labor Protection Market
The Russian Labor Protection Exhibition (BIOT) was founded in 1992. After over 30 years of development, it has become a top-tier industry platform directly supported by the Russian federal government.
It is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and the Personal Protective Equipment Association. This backing gives it unparalleled authority and resource integration capabilities.
This year’s exhibition covered over 20,000 square meters. It included four core segments: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), industrial safety technology, occupational health solutions, and more.
Over 100,000 exhibits were on display, fully covering the labor protection industry chain. Additionally, over 100 professional forums and technical competitions ran alongside the exhibition. These events turned the exhibition into a highland for industry ideological exchanges.
For Chinese enterprises, this exhibition comes at a historic market opportunity. In recent years, the Russian government has strengthened work safety supervision continuously.
Pillar industries like industry, construction, and mining have rigid demands. These demands have driven the labor protection market to grow at an annual rate of 8%-12%—far higher than the global average of 5%.
More importantly, Russia has limited domestic capacity for high-end labor protection products. Over 70% of its high-end protective equipment relies on imports.
Western brands have withdrawn from the market, leaving a gap. This gap creates broad space for cost-effective Chinese products.
Moreover, the RMB settlement mechanism for Sino-Russian trade has improved gradually. This change has reduced exchange rate risks effectively, giving Chinese enterprises a more competitive cost advantage in the international market.
The BIOT exhibition is a “must-pass route” for expanding into the Eastern European market. It has brought together purchasers, industrial groups, and government procurement departments from 80 regions in Russia.
Over 50% of the visitors hold direct purchasing decision-making power. This setup builds a direct trade bridge between exhibitors and end-users.

II. Product Matrix: Defining New Standards for Safety Protection with Innovative Technology

At this exhibition, our company’s “full-scenario protection solution” became the highlight of the booth. We developed this solution carefully.
Our product range spans from basic protective equipment to intelligent devices. It also covers special working conditions and daily operations.
All products meet all-dimensional protection needs—including head, eye-face, respiratory, hand-foot, and body protection. They perfectly match the Russian market’s core demands for high-quality and multi-functional labor protection products.
To adapt to Russia’s cold climate and complex industrial environment, our company focused on three core product series:
First is the high-end special protective clothing series. We use aramid composite fabric, co-developed with domestic research institutions and universities.
This fabric has multiple properties: permanent flame retardancy, low-temperature resistance, and puncture resistance. It can withstand extreme low temperatures of -40℃ and corrosion from industrial chemicals.
It complies with the EAC certification of the Eurasian Economic Union and the TPTC019 regulatory standards. We designed it specifically for high-risk industries like mining and oil extraction.
Second is the intelligent protective equipment series. It includes innovative products such as intelligent safety helmets with integrated IoT modules and cut-resistant gloves with AI early warning functions.
These products monitor real-time data—like heart rate and ambient gas concentration. They turn “passive protection” into “active early warning,” solving the pain point of “single protection function and lack of feedback” in traditional labor protection products.
Third is the cost-effective basic protective equipment series. It covers safety helmets, anti-smashing safety shoes, and dust-proof and anti-toxic masks. All meet the GOST certification.
With strict quality control and affordable pricing, these products satisfy the large-scale procurement needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia.
At the exhibition site, many Russian purchasers showed great interest in our arc-resistant clothing and low-temperature protective gloves. They stopped to experience the products and negotiate cooperation.
Alexander, an industrial equipment distributor from Moscow, said: “The technological iteration speed of Chinese products is amazing. Especially in balancing protective performance and comfort, they have completely exceeded our traditional perception of ‘cost-effectiveness’. More importantly, the stable supply chain can help us avoid international logistics risks.”

III. Brand Globalization: Building a Long-Term Market Ecosystem through Trustworthy Cooperation

During the exhibition, our team focused not only on product display and business negotiations but also on integrating deeply into the local market ecosystem.
We exchanged ideas with the Russian Labor Protection Industry Association and local leading enterprises. Through these talks, we gained in-depth insights into local product certification standards, market consumption habits, and policy supervision trends.
This information helps us prepare for subsequent product localization and channel layout.
Russian customers care about supply chain stability. To address this concern, our company promised on-site to establish a local warehouse center in Moscow. This will shorten the delivery cycle to 7-10 working days.
We also provide comprehensive after-sales training and technical support services. With this “long-termism” mindset, we have won customers’ trust.
Notably, the “Workplace Zero-Harm Practice Seminar” ran alongside the exhibition. Our Chief Technology Officer delivered a keynote speech there.
He shared China’s labor protection industry experience in intelligent and green transformation. He also introduced our company’s R&D achievements—including biodegradable protective materials and energy-saving safety equipment.
This speech attracted wide attention from international peers. Our “technology output + product implementation” dual-drive model has enhanced our brand influence in the professional circle continuously.

IV. A Promising Future: Strategic Layout for Deeply Cultivating the Russian Market

The BIOT 2025 Russian Labor Protection Exhibition has concluded successfully. After the event, our company has reached preliminary cooperation intentions with 12 local distributors in Russia.
We have also secured the first batch of orders, totaling over 10 million RMB. Additionally, we have started customized product R&D projects with 3 large industrial groups.
This exhibition participation is more than a successful market expansion. It is an important milestone in our company’s globalization strategy.
Looking ahead, our company will take the BIOT exhibition as a starting point. We will increase investment in the Russian market further.
On one hand, we will accelerate the full coverage of EAC certification for our products. We will also optimize product design based on local climate and industry characteristics.
On the other hand, we will build a three-dimensional sales network. It will combine “online B2B platforms + offline warehousing and distribution.”
We will also improve our full-chain service system, which includes pre-sales consultation, in-sales training, and after-sales maintenance.
Meanwhile, with the support of preferential Sino-Russian economic and trade policies, we will take an active part in labor protection supporting supply for large-scale Russian infrastructure projects.
We aim to gradually shift from “product export” to “brand rooting.”
Safety knows no borders, and protection carries warmth. The global labor protection industry is shifting toward intelligence, green development, and full-scenario application.
In this trend, our company will always stick to its original aspiration: “protecting life safety with technology.” We will continue to deepen R&D and innovation.
We will provide higher-quality products and services to build a safety barrier for Russian workers. We will also write a more brilliant chapter for Chinese labor protection brands going global.
This trip to Russia is not just a market expansion. It is a connection of trust. We firmly believe that with the strength of “Made in China” and the concept of trustworthy cooperation, we will shine more brilliantly in the Eastern European labor protection market.
